Changes
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to make exchanges, providing the original purchase receipt (a copy of the POS receipt is not required) and the product in its original packaging in perfect condition. Exchanges are not possible for: underwear, makeup, natural plants, promotional/sale items, costumes, and seasonal items once the relevant holiday period has passed.
When you decide to make your exchange, remember to first leave the item you wish to exchange at the checkout. You can then choose whether to take another item at that moment or prefer a voucher for the value of the product. The voucher has no expiration date.
Returns
Refunds are not possible for any product except in cases of defects or manufacturing faults. If the product you purchased is not functioning properly or has any issues, come to the store with the original purchase receipt. We will check the product, and you can choose between: receive a new replacement of the same product, get a refund, or select another product of equal value.
Store´s schedule
Monday to Sunday and holidays from 10:00 to 21:30. Except for December 24th and January 1st, when the hours are from 10:00 to 20:30. We do not close at midday.
Minimum amount for card payments
We do not have a minimum amount for card payments. You can pay with any type of credit card except American Express.
